WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

I started going to Worksite Fitness when the gym opened in my office building.
Ben was welcoming and engaging right from the start. He did an assessment of my abilities and listened to what my needs and goals are. He is accommodating and lets me work at my own pace.
Recently I’ve had a lingering problem with heal pain. Ben provided easy to follow guidance to reduce the pain and gain flexibility. I am now able to take walks in the morning with no discomfort.
The gym is clean and always in good order. There is a wide variety of equipment and machines for people at any level to use. It is bright and cheerful and has a pretty view outside.
Stopping by the gym during the day is a great way for me to not only get in some exercise, but it also has the added benefit of providing a break from the stress of the day.

As a gift to myself, I started training with Ben at Worksite Fitness on 4/4/22. Prior to seeing Ben, I was worn out, had no energy and needed to find time to make a positive change for myself. I am a mother, wife and care giver and these things have kept me so busy that I haven’t had time for ME.
In just 5 weeks, I lost 10 pounds and 5 inches off my waist! My energy levels are much better, I’m able to garden which requires a lot of heavy lifting and time in the sun. Prior to seeing Ben, I’m not sure I would have been able to get everything done in the yard.
It might sound dumb, but one of my other goals was to put my jeans in the dryer without fear of them shrinking. I always hung them to dry for fear they would!! Now my jeans are too big so I’m throwing in the dryer to try to get them to shrink! Thanks Ben!!
Weight gain and low energy weren’t the only issues I was dealing with. After having foot surgery I developed plantar fasciitis in my feet. After training with Ben, I’m happy to report that my feet have recovered 100%, no more pain!
Another goal was to zip my winter jacket. Before starting with Ben, I could not zip my jacket-it would not go around my hips. Now I can zip it up easily and have plenty of extra room, all attributed to training with Ben.
One of my biggest struggles right now are burpees I know that if I keep working hard, I WILL master them!
Worksite Fitness is the perfect fit. You only need to work out for 20 minutes. Anyone can find the time for 20 minutes. There are many classes throughout the day and after work. If you work out at Worksite Fitness, time should not be an excuse to miss out on exercise.
Ben is very knowledgeable in his training. He is always encouraging and adjusts the workout to fit the client. I have recommended Ben Brickman and Worksite Fitness to many friends. I tell them they are worth 20 minutes of fitness training for their own health. Thank you for all your help Ben!

So grateful for Worksite Fitness! The convenience and accessibility of the facility being located in my office building has allowed me to get back into my fitness routine during the work week. The availability of weights (both barbells and kettlebells) as well as cardio equipment initially drew me in, and it has allowed me to get great workouts in during my lunch breaks. The facility itself is very clean which is super important, especially during COVID times and is very much appreciated. It’s a fantastic place to workout and Ben is always great to talk to- so happy to have access to such a great place!

Worksite Fitness opened up a month ago at my workplace. I was thrilled to have a gym on site! The brand new super clean gym has stationary bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals for cardio and offers 20-minute HIT classes, personal consultation, classes to teach you how to move correctly…. and Ben Brickman – the guy who makes it all work. I have had to give up my 5K runs and hour-long Barre/Zumba/Pilates classes due to lumbar stenosis. I was doubtful I would ever get my strength and fitness back and even more skeptical that a 20-minute workout was going to make a difference.
One month later, I have found that you can accomplish a lot in 20 minutes and my strength and mobility has definitely improved. Ben is fantastic – pushing you hard while taking into account any issues that you have so that you remain injury free. He has so much knowledge of nutrition, metabolism, diet and exercise and shares many tips that can help you achieve your goals. He adapts class on the fly to fit the needs of the participants and is always upbeat and willing to help you on your path to fitness.

I’ve been a member of various gyms over the past twenty-five years. Ben Brickman is by far, the most knowledgeable and hands on trainer I have worked with. He is all about proper form and technique. He is helping me undo twenty-five years of bad posture and bad habits. In the process, I’ve eliminated many minor aches and pains, which I thought were a normal part of the aging process! Not only does Ben know how to get results; he is also a genuinely nice guy and he makes working out fun!
