ASSESSMENT

$50 one-time fee (applied as a credit towards your first purchase)

A comprehensive 30-minute assessment is required before you schedule sessions or participate in HIIT. (Outside of Albany, webcam session)

During this session, we will evaluate your current status, identify and begin to address any dysfunctions, and discuss your goals so we can customize the experience to meet your unique needs. $50 one-time fee (applied as a credit towards your first purchase)

STRENGTH & STAMINA

Individual Sessions or Monthly Membership

If you’re looking to improve your strength, conditioning, and speed, and you don’t need the higher echelon of services offered in Movement Restoration, these training sessions are here for you! You can build your body the way you want in a 1-on-1 environment or prepare yourself for one of my group classes.

Strength and Stamina is for people with a baseline level of fitness and movement acumen who need a few tweaks to get them ready for more intense training.

Each 45-minute session includes personalized workouts and coaching as well as a comprehensive summary of your progress, achievements, recommendations, and links to workouts you can incorporate into your daily routine. For your convenience, your sessions will be scheduled in advance.

Monthly Membership Options

1 Individual (1-on-1) training session per week – $365 per month
combo: add an unlimited HIIT membership for $150 (instead of $195) – $515 total

2 Individual (1-on-1) training sessions per week – $710 per month
Combo: add an unlimited HIIT membership for $120 (instead of $195) – $930 total

GROUP CLASSES

Monthly Membership

BURST Classes 10 min – foundational level

BURST classes are designed to train fundamental movement, boost power, agility, and cardiovascular health, and deliver quick, high-energy workouts focused on short, explosive movements. BURST is shorter, making it ideal for building strength and stamina for the longer HIIT classes. Note: An assessment is required before participation.

BURST classes are 10 min and available Monday through Friday

$195 per month – unlimited participation


2. HIIT Classes – intermediate level

Experience the power of High-Intensity Interval Training, a 20-minute, fast-paced, calorie-burning workout designed to boost your endurance, strength, and metabolism. Alternate between bursts of intense exercise and short recovery periods for maximum results in minimal time. Note: An assessment is required before participation.

HIIT classes are available Monday through Friday at various times throughout the day.

$225 per month – unlimited participation


Strength and Conditioning – advanced level

If you’re looking to enhance your body composition, build strength, and boost your confidence, this class is for you! My resistance training approach, Functional Powerlifting, focuses on practical strength that not only delivers results in the gym but also makes life outside of it easier and more empowering. Note: An assessment is required before participation.

Our Ladies’ S&C classes are designed specifically for women to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness. Some of the women even compete in powerlifting competitions. When you’re ready for competition, you can join them!

Ladies’ classes are Monday and Wednesday, 6 am – 7:30 am

S&C classes for Gentlemen’s workouts are on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6 am – 7 am.

$375 per month grants you access to S&C as well as unlimited HIIT classes

MOVEMENT RESTORATION

Individual Sessions – Packages

Movement Restoration requires consistent eff ort and time to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and establish lasting habits.

These 1-on-1 training sessions will help you understand how your body functions and ways to improve it. Along the way, you’ll build strength and stamina, equipping you for High-Intensity Interval Training – or simply enjoying a life without physical limitations.

Each 45-minute session includes personalized workouts and coaching as well as a comprehensive summary of your progress, achievements, recommendations, and links to workouts you can incorporate into your daily routine.

1 individual (1-on-1) training session – $125
3 individual (1-on-1) training sessions – $360 ($120 per session)
6 individual (1-on-1) training sessions – $660 ($110 per session)

To achieve the best results, we strongly recommend scheduling at least two weekly sessions for the first month.
